I am ready! Ready, that is, for up to 80 trick or treaters on Halloween. I've long wanted, and I don't know why, to either:
- give out full size candy or
-
give out small bags of fun size candy.
It's been fun handing out gobs of candy, but I thought it would be fun to do something a little different. Halloween is a fun holiday. I've always thought that it's one of the best holidays for kids. Candy? Check. Costumes? Check. Run around with your friends? Check. At night? Check. Scare people? Check. Pretend to be something you're not? Check. What's not to like?
So I got myself some Halloween paper bags and stickers. I already had bunches of candy (minus the piece or two [or three or four...] I ate). And now I've got 80 of these:
The bags are closed by stickers like on the one front and center. Halloween is on a Friday this year and the weather forecast is for a clear night. I wonder if I should get more. It'd be horrible to run out and have to turn away some evil ghoul. It'd be just my luck that the empty handed kid turn out to be an actual ghoul with the power to control my soul forever and use it for evil.

Happy Halloween!
