Time for a guest cat for Monday Cat Blogging! Meet Dinah, my friend DM's cat. While visiting DM recently, Dinah Megan joined us for a chat in the kitchen.
It was a hot day and Dinah plunked herself down in such a spot that she felt the breeze from two fans. She's a big girl, that Dinah.

Dinah is around 14 yo, IIRC. She suffers no fools, takes no prisoners and leaves no evidence. She is She Who Must Be Obeyed.

I had the cutest picture of her touching my toe with her little paw, but it was too blurry, so all you get is us comparing pedicures.

At first, DM 
declined to appear with Dinah, claiming a bad hair day. She acquiesced when I mentioned how I'd wanted to photograph Dinah and DM kissing. Once when I was enumerating the many things my talented cats do, DM showed me how Dinah gives her a kiss. This requires DM to get down on all fours at Dinah's level and call Dinah to her. Dinah comes over to DM and the two of them smooch. I wasn't fast enough on the camera button to get these two mid-buss; this is post-buss.
Next week: Lily, the neighbor cat, as she boldly lounges around on Dinah's porch, unbeknownst to Dinah!
