Monday Cat Blogging: Flower Child
Nosey seems to be feeling much better since his visit to the hospital. He's gained 1/4 lb since just before going to the hospital about 2 weeks ago. I'm very happy to see him back to his normal goofy self.
Here he's been kind enough to model a floral headband. Kevin and I went to Germania Park's Oktoberfest this past weekend. Yes, in June. They have it again in September. Not in October.
I bought this headband as a small gift for a young friend of ours who likes flowery things, things with ribbons, things for her hair, etc. He first wore it at his waist.
Nosey likes things with ribbons, too! He likes to play with them, though, not wear them.
Now he's wearing it around his neck. I was trying to get it to rest on his head, but it was too big for his little noggin.
He just wouldn't stay still and face the camera for a nice portrait shot.
I think he looks rather nice in it, although I don't think he cared for it.

At least he kept it on. What a lovely accessory. Mine would simply start the backing up procedure until some other cat came and stood on the string, yanking the whole thing off; or they would simply flip into the "lie flat and go cat-atonic" mode.
